In 2009 we recognized that many advertisers were frustrated with their monthly adverting agency fees. In some cases, agencies would send an invoice to a customer with no backup at all. Just an invoice that lists monthly services with no proof of delivery. Profits were buried everywhere and customers had no idea what portion of the monthly advertising expense actually went to advertising.

Each month, our team will audit all media invoices to ensure accuracy. Then, we send or meet to review all monthly advertising invoices. We encourage our clients to look at and pay all invoices directly. This provides us with a fully transparent partnership. All agency discounts from our media partners go directly back to our clients.​ We honor our pre negotiated monthly fee. It is that simple!
